I understand that if I choose not to obtain or maintain the required GoHighLevel subscription, or fail to move forward within the stated refund period, my payment becomes non-refundable once that period expires. I also confirm that I am not a marketing agency purchasing this to duplicate, resell, or deploy for other clients or accounts; that all workflows, automations, templates, processes, and implementation methods provided by Nexxvia AI Consulting are proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by Nexxvia AI Consulting; that I receive no ownership, duplication, transfer, resale, or distribution rights; and that I will not copy, reproduce, share, transfer, repurpose, reverse engineer, or recreate this workflow in any other account, business, client environment, or platform. I also understand that I must provide company branding assets and attend a strategy call within the first two weeks to begin implementation. This purchase constitutes my acceptance of these terms.
